L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 28 février 20071, arrête:

I La loi fédérale du 10 octobre 1997 encourageant l’innovation et la coopération dans le domaine du tourisme2 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 10, al. 2bis 2bis La présente loi est prorogée jusqu’au 31 janvier 2012.

II

1 La présente loi est sujette au référendum.

2 Elle entre en vigueur le 1er février 2008 si aucune demande de référendum n’aboutit dans les délais.
