Arrêté fédéral Projet sur l’acquisition de matériel d’armement (Programme d’armement 2007)

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 60 et 167 de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 28 fevrier 20072, arrête:

Art. 1

1 L’acquisition du matériel d’armement, telle qu’elle est proposée dans le message du 28 fevrier 2007 (Programme d’armement 2007), est approuvée.

2 Un crédit de 581 millions de francs est ouvert pour l’acquisition de matériel d’armement, selon la liste des crédits d’engagement figurant en annexe.

Art. 2

1 Les crédits de paiement annuels sont inscrits au budget.

2 L’acquisition de matériel d’armement est portée à la charge du crédit budgétaire, position financière 1045/A2150.0100, Matériel d’armement (Défense).

Art. 3 Le Conseil fédéral règle les modalités de l’acquisition.

Art. 4 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
