Arrêté du Conseil fédéral étendant le champ d’application de la convention nationale pour le secteur principal de la construction en Suisse

Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:
I Les dispositions suivantes de l’accord du 26 mai 2005 complétant la Convention nationale (CN) pour le secteur principal de la construction en Suisse1, imprimées en caractères gras sont étendues2:
«Convention nationale 2006 et accord sur l’ajustement des salaires 2006» du 26 mai 2005 Les dispositions imprimées en caractères gras sont étendues.
A. Contenu de la Convention nationale 2006 Le contenu de la CN 2006 correspond au texte de la CN 2005 avec les modifications et suppressions suivantes: Art. 23 Définition du temps de travail Art. 24 Durée annuelle du travail (total des heures annuelles) Art. 25 Durée hebdomadaire du travail et travail par équipes Art. 26 Heures supplémentaires Art. 27 Jours chômés Art. 28 Réduction de l’horaire de travail et cessation d’activité pour cause d’intempéries Art. 29 à 33 Abrogés Art. 38, al. 2 (Jours fériés) Art. 41 Salaires de base Art. 47 al. 3 Abrogé

II Les employeurs qui ont accordé à leurs travailleurs/travailleuses depuis le 1er janvier 2006 une augmentation de salaire, peuvent en tenir compte dans l’augmentation de salaire selon la lettre B de l’accord du 26 mai 2005.
III Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er février 2006 et a effet jusqu’au 30 septembre 2007.
