Loi fédérale concernant l’octroi d’une contribution d’investissement au Musée suisse des transports du 6 octobre 2006

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 69, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 10 mars 20062, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La Confédération peut, dans les limites des crédits autorisés, allouer une contribution d’investissement au Musée suisse des transports pour la réalisation d’un projet de construction.

2 L’Assemblée fédérale adopte par voie d’arrêté fédéral simple un crédit d’engagement pour la période 2008 à 2011.

Art. 2 La contribution d’investissement n’est octroyée qu’aux conditions suivantes:

a. le canton et la Ville de Lucerne participent au financement du projet à hauteur d’au moins 5 millions de francs chacun;

b. le secteur privé participe au financement du projet à hauteur d’au moins

20 millions de francs;

c. les prêts bancaires requis pour les travaux de construction sont garantis par des instruments juridiquement contraignants;

d. les permis de construire ont été obtenus.

1 La présente loi est sujette au référendum.

2 Elle a effet jusqu’au 31 décembre 2011.
