L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 16 novembre 20051, arrête:

I L’arrêté fédéral du 21 mars 1997 instituant une aide à l’évolution structurelle en milieu rural2 est modifié comme suit:

Art. 8, al. 2

2 Elles ne doivent pas dépasser la somme de 74 millions de francs.

Art. 10, al. 1 et 2bis (nouveau)

1 Le présent arrêté3 est de portée générale; il est sujet au référendum facultatif.

2bis La présente loi est prorogée jusqu’au 31 décembre 2008.

II

1 La présente loi est sujette au référendum.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe la date de l’entrée en vigueur.
