L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 16 novembre 20051, arrête:

I La loi fédérale relative à la promotion de la participation suisse à l’initiative communautaire de coopération transfrontalière, transnationale et interrégionale (INTERREG III), pour la période 2000 à 20062 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 5, al. 2bis (nouveau) 2bis Elle est prorogée jusqu’au 31 décembre 2008.

1 La présente loi est sujette au référendum.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe la date de l’entrée en vigueur.
