Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

This federal law amendment modifies the spatial planning act to allow for certain constructions and agricultural support activities outside of designated building zones. Specifically, it permits buildings and installations for biomass energy production on farms, internal development of agricultural and horticultural operations, and accessory non-agricultural activities within existing farm structures, provided these activities are closely related to the farm and primarily carried out by the farming family. The law also allows for the conversion of agricultural housing for non-agricultural residential use and the use of existing farm buildings for hobby animal keeping. Cantons can impose further restrictions on these provisions.
