Arrêté fédéral accordant la garantie fédérale à la Constitution du canton de Zurich

du 15 décembre 2005

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 août 20052, arrête:

Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée à la Constitution du canton de Zurich, acceptée lors de la votation populaire du 27 février 2005.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
