L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message annexé au rapport du 24 août 2005 concernant les mesures tarifaires prises pendant le 1er semestre de 20052, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La décision [...]/2005 du Comité mixte de l’agriculture institué par l’accord entre la Confédération suisse et la Communauté euroéenne relatif aux échanges de produits agricoles est adoptée (annexe).

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à approuver la décision.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum prévu pour les traités internationaux.
