Arrêté fédéral IV concernant le compte 2004 de la Régie fédérale des alcools du 2 juin 2005

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 71 de la loi sur l’alcool du 21 juin 19321, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 23 mars 20052, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Le compte de la Régie fédérale des alcools pour l’exercice allant du 1er janvier au

31 décembre 2004 est approuvé.

2 Le bénéfice net de 248 146 329 francs est réparti comme suit:

– Part de la Confédération pour l’AVS/AI 223 331 696

– Part des cantons pour combattre les causes et les effets 24 814 633 de l’abus de substances engendrant la dépendance

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas soumis au référendum.
