L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 août 20051, arrête:

I La loi fédérale du 20 mars 1970 concernant l’amélioration du logement dans les régions de montagne2 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 21 Délai d’allocation Les aides financières accordées en vertu de la présente loi peuvent être des aides financières allouées jusqu’à l’entrée en vigueur de l’arrêté fédéral du 3 octobre 2003 concernant la réforme de la péréquation financière et de la répartition des tâches entre la Confédération et les cantons3.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe la date de l’entrée en vigueur.
