L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message annexé au rapport du 12 janvier 2005 sur la politique économique extérieure 20042, arrête:

Art. 1

1 L’accord régissant les obligations réciproques de réassurance entre Atradius Dutch State Business NV, Amsterdam, et le Bureau pour la garantie contre les risques à l’exportation, Zurich, agissant pour la Confédération suisse, est approuvé (appendice 2).

2 L’accord régissant les obligations réciproques de réassurance entre Korporacją Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych Spólka Akcyjna, Varsovie, et le Bureau pour la garantie contre les risques à l’exportation, Zurich, agissant pour la Confédération suisse, est approuvé (appendice 3).

3 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à ratifier les accords et à les mettre en vigueur.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum prévu pour les traités internationaux.
