Arrêté fédéral Projet sur l’entrée en vigueur partielle de la réforme de la justice du 12 mars 2000

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 25 août 20041, arrête:

Art. 1 L’art. 191a, al. 2 et 3, de l’arrêté fédéral du 8 octobre 1999 relatif à la réforme de la justice2 entre en vigueur le 1er septembre 2005.

Art. 2

1 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.

2 Il entre en vigueur le jour de son adoption.
