Arrêté fédéral IV concernant les comptes 2003 de la Régie fédérale des alcools

du 4 juin 2004

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 71 de la loi du 21 juin 1932 sur l’alcool1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 31 mars 20042, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Le compte de la Régie fédérale des alcools pour l’exercice allant du 1er janvier 2003 au 31 décembre 2003 est approuvé.

2 Le bénéfice net de 247 800 140 francs est réparti comme suit:

– Part de la Confédération, pour l’AVS/AI 223 020 126 francs

– Part des cantons, pour combattre les causes et les 24 780 014 francs effets de l’abus substances engendrant la dépendance

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas soumis au référendum.
