Arrêté fédéral accordant la garantie fédérale à la constitution du canton des Grisons

du 15 juin 2004

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 5 mars 20042, arrête:

Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée à la constitution du canton des Grisons, qui a été acceptée lors de la votation populaire du 18 mai et du 14 septembre 2003.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
