Arrêté fédéral sur le financement de l’acquisition des terrains pour le tracé des tronçons NLFA reportés du 1er juin 2005

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 196, ch. 3, de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 16 de l’arrêté du 4 octobre 1991 sur le transit alpin2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 8 septembre 20043, arrête:

Art. 1 Un crédit de 15 millions de francs, issu du fonds pour les grands projets ferroviaires, est approuvé pour financer la mise en réserve des terrains pour les tronçons reportés de la NLFA.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
