L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 19 novembre 20032, arrête:
Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée:
1. Zurich à l’art. 62, al. 5, de la constitution cantonale, accepté lors de la votation populaire du
24 novembre 2002;
2. Glaris aux art. 110, 112, 124, al. 2, et 126a de la constitution cantonale, acceptés lors de la landsgemeinde du 4 mai 2003;
3. Soleure à l’art. 79, al. 3, de la constitution cantonale, accepté lors de la votation populaire du
29 juin 2003;
4. Appenzel Rhodes-Intérieures à l’abrogation de l’art. 11, al. 2, de la constitution cantonale, votée lors de la landsgemeinde du 27 avril 2003;
5. Argovie aux par. 76, al. 2, et 77, al. 2, de la constitution cantonale, acceptés lors de la votation populaire du 18 mai 2003;
Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
