Arrêté fédéral Projet sur l’engagement de l’armée en service d’appui au profit du canton des Grisons dans le cadre des mesures de sécurité relatives au World Economic Forum (WEF) de Davos du 21 au 25 janvier 2004

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 70, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du 3 février 1995 sur l’armée et l’administration militaire1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 29 octobre 20032, arrête:

Art. 1 L’engagement de l’armée en service d’appui pour la protection du World Economic Forum 2004 (WEF 04) de Davos est approuvé.

Art. 2 Le service d’appui durera au plus du 18 au 27 janvier 2004.

Art. 3 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
