Arrêté fédéral Projet concernant le plafond de dépenses en vue de l’octroi d’une aide financière à la fondation Bibliomedia pour la période 2004–2007

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, l’art. 1, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du … relative à l’octroi d’aides financières à la fondation Bibliomedia2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 10 septembre 20033, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Un plafond de dépenses de 7 millions de francs est approuvé en vue de l’octroi d’une aide financière à la fondation Bibliomedia pour la période 2004–2007.

2 L’aide financière annuelle s’élève à 2 millions de francs au maximum en 2004 et en 2005 et à 1,5 million de francs respectivement en 2006 et 2007.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
