L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message annexé au rapport du 3 septembre 2003 sur les mesures tarifaires prises pendant le 1er semestre 20032, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La Convention sous forme d’Echange de notes du 31 janvier 2003 avec la Principauté de Liechtenstein concernant les modalités de la participation du Liechtenstein aux mesures de soutien du marché et des prix prises dans le cadre de la politique agricole suisse est approuvée.

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à la ratifier.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
