L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 8, al. 4, de la loi du 20 mars 1998 sur les Chemins de fer fédéraux2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 2 juillet 20033, arrête:

Art. 1 Un plafond des dépenses de 5 721,5 millions de francs est alloué à la société anonyme des Chemins de fer fédéraux CFF au titre des indemnités et des investissements d’infrastructure au cours de la période 2003–2006.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
