L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 8, al. 2, de la loi du 20 mars 1998 sur les Chemins de fer fédéraux2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 2 juillet 20033, arrête:
Art. 1 La modification du … de la Convention sur les prestations entre la Confédération suisse et la société anonyme des Chemins de fer fédéraux CFF4 applicable aux années 2003–2006 est approuvée.
Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
