L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 33 de la loi du 4 octobre 1991 sur les EPF2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 29 novembre 20023, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 6 juin 20034, arrête:

Art. 1 Le mandat de prestations du Conseil fédéral au domaine des EPF, représenté par le Conseil des EPF, pour les années 2004 à 2007 est approuvé.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
