Appendice 1 Arrêté fédéral Projet relatif à l’Accord portant création de l’Organisation internationale de la vigne et du vin

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message annexé au rapport du 15 janvier 2003 sur la politique économique extérieure 20022, arrête:

Art. 1

1 L’Accord du 3 avril 2001 portant création de l’Organisation internationale de la vigne et du vin est approuvé (appendice 2).

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à déposer l’instrument de ratification.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
