Appendice 1 Arrêté fédéral Projet portant approbation de l’Accord international de 2001 sur le cacao

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message annexé au rapport du 15 janvier 2003 sur la politique économique extérieure 20022, arrête:

Art. 1

1 L’Accord international de 2001 sur la cacao est approuvé (appendice 2).

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à déposer l’instrument de ratification.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
