Arrêté fédéral Projet concernant l’engagement de l’armée pour la protection de représentations étrangères du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 70, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du 3 février 1995 sur l’armée et l’administration militaire1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 16 avril 20032, arrête:

Art. 1 L’engagement de l’armée pour la protection de représentations étrangères est approuvé jusqu’au 30 juin 2004 au plus tard.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
