L Loi fédérale Projet relative à la coopération internationale en matière d’éducation, de formation professionnelle, de jeunesse et de mobilité

Modification du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 29 novembre 20021, arrête:

I La loi fédérale du 8 octobre 1999 relative à la coopération internationale en matière d’éducation, de formation professionnelle, de jeunesse et de mobilité2 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 2a (nouveau) Agence nationale La Confédération peut créer une agence nationale pour l’accompagnement de la participation suisse aux programmes d’éducation, de formation et de jeunesse de l’Union européenne.

Art. 3 Mesures

1 La Confédération peut:

a. verser des contributions pour la participation aux programmes d’éducation, de formation et de jeunesse de l’Union européenne;

b. financer des mesures d’accompagnement pour la mise en œuvre de la participation visée à la let. a;

c. octroyer des bourses à des personnes effectuant leurs études dans des institutions européennes.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe les critères de calcul des contributions et règle la procédure.

4 Elle est prorogée au 31 décembre 2007.
