Arrêté fédéral Projet concernant l’acquisition de matériel d’armement (Programme d’armement complémentaire 2002)

du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 60 et 167 de la Constitution1, vu le message complémentaire du Conseil fédéral du 3 juillet 20022, arrête:

Art. 13

1 L’acquisition du matériel d’armement, telle qu’elle est proposée dans le message complémentaire du 3 juillet 2002, est approuvée.

2 Un crédit d’engagement de 37 millions de francs est alloué pour l’acquisition de matériel d’armement.

3 A titre de compensation le crédit d’engagement destiné à l’acquisition du char de grenadiers 2000 dans le programme d’armement 2000 est réduit de 37 millions de francs.

Art. 2

1 Les crédits de paiement annuels sont inscrits au budget.

2 Les crédits de paiement pour l’acquisition du matériel d’armement grèvent la rubrique 540.3239.001, matériel d’armement, Groupement de l’armement.

Art. 3 Le Conseil fédéral règle les modalités de l’acquisition.

Art. 4 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
