Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:

I La concession Sat.1 Schweiz du 22 juin 19981 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 1, al. 2

2 Les reportages sur des événements suisses d’actualité ayant trait au football sont également diffusés en langue française et en langue italienne dans les régions linguistiques correspondantes, sous forme de fenêtre de programme propre à la région linguistique ou de programme fourni.

Art. 3, al. 1 à 4

1 Sat.1 Schweiz diffuse principalement, sous l’appellation «Sat.1 Schweiz», des reportages sur le football suisse et des émissions de divertissement. Elle peut en outre diffuser des reportages sur d’autres événements sportifs nationaux et internationaux.

2 Les retransmissions en direct de matchs de football suisses pour lesquelles Sat.1 (Schweiz) SA possède les droits nationaux, sont aussi diffusés en français et en italien dans les régions linguistiques concernées.

3 L’Office fédéral de la communication doit donner son approbation pour que le programme puisse inclure de nouvelles émissions régulières diffusées à long terme.

4 Mis à part les événements sportifs internationaux, le programme se compose aux deux tiers au moins de productions suisses créées par le diffuseur ou de productions de commande réalisées en Suisse.

II La présente modification entre en vigueur le 1er juin 2002.
