L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 4 de la loi fédérale du ... sur les aides financières à la création de places d’accueil extra-familial pour enfants2, vu le rapport du 22 février 2002 de la Commission de la sécurité sociale et de la santé publique du Conseil National3, vu l’avis du Conseil fédéral du 27 mars 20024, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Un crédit d’engagement d’un maximum de 400 millions de francs est ouvert afin de financer, durant les années 200... à 200... (4 ans), les aides visées à l’art. 1 de la loi fédérale du … sur les aides financières à la création de places d’accueil extrafamilial pour enfants.

2 Les crédits annuels de paiement sont inscrits au budget.
