Appendice 1 Projet Arrêté fédéral concernant la modification de l’Accord de libre-échange entre l’AELE et la Turquie relative à l’assistance administrative mutuelle en matière de douane du
L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message annexé au rapport du 9 janvier 2002 sur la politique économique extérieure 20012, arrête:
Art. 1
1 La modification de l’Accord de libre-échange AELE–Turquie découlant de la Décision 4/2000 du 16 novembre 2000 du Comité mixte relative à l’introduction de l’assistance administrative mutuelle en matière de douane est acceptée (appendice 2).
2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à ratifier cette modification.
Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
