Arrêté fédéral Projet concernant la ratification des protocoles de la Convention sur la protection des Alpes (Convention alpine)

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1 et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 19 décembre 20012, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Les protocoles d'application de la Convention alpine «Aménagement du territoire et développement durable», «Agriculture de montagne», «Protection de la nature et entretien des paysages», «Forêts de montagne», «Tourisme», «Protection des sols», «Energie» et «Transports» ainsi que le protocole «Règlement des différends» sont approuvés.

2 Le Conseil fédéral est habilité à ratifier les protocoles de la Convention alpine mentionnés au premier alinéa.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
