Modification du 19 décembre 2001

Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:

I La concession SwissKlassikRock du 11 décembre 20001 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 7, al. 2

2 SwissKlassikRock doit commencer à émettre dans un délai de deux ans à compter de l’octroi de la concession. Dans le cas contraire, le département peut édicter des obligations ou alors restreindre, suspendre, révoquer ou retirer la concession.

II La présente modification entre en vigueur le 19 décembre 2001.
