Arrêté fédéral Projet portant approbation de la Convention de l’UNESCO de 1970

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 21 novembre 20012, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La Convention de l’UNESCO du 14 novembre 1970 concernant les mesures à prendre pour interdire et empêcher l’importation, l’exportation et le transfert de propriété illicites des biens culturels (Convention de l’UNESCO de 1970)3 est approuvée.

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à ratifier la Convention de l’UNESCO de 1970.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
