Initiative populaire fédérale «pour le libre choix du médecin et de l’établissement hospitalier»

Par lettre du 6 juillet 2001, le comité d’initiative a informé la Chancellerie fédérale que l’initiative populaire fédérale du 23 juin 1997 «pour le libre choix du médecin et de l’établissement hospitalier» (FF 1997 IV 1457) a été retirée par une décision prise à la majorité nécessaire des membres du comité d’initiative. Vu cette déclaration de retrait valable, le Conseil fédéral renonce à soumettre l’initiative populaire fédérale «pour le libre choix du médecin et de l’établissement hospitalier» au vote du peuple et des cantons.
