Arrêté fédéral approuvant la gestion du Conseil fédéral, du Tribunal fédéral et du Tribunal fédéral des assurances en 2000

du 12 juin 2001

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les rapports du Conseil fédéral des 8 et 28 février 20011, du Tribunal fédéral du 7 février 20012 et du Tribunal fédéral des assurances du 9 février 20013, arrête:

Art. 1 La gestion du Conseil fédéral, du Tribunal fédéral et du Tribunal fédéral des assurances en 2000 est approuvée, à l’exception de la gestion du Conseil fédéral concernant les Chemins de fer fédéraux suisses (CFF SA), Swisscom SA et la Poste.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n’est pas de portée générale, n’est pas sujet au référendum.
