Appendice 1 Arrêté fédéral Projet portant approbation de l’échange de notes avec la Principauté de Liechtenstein relatif à l’égalité de traitement dans les domaines de l’accès à la profession d’agent fiduciaire et de l’encouragement à la construction de logements du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution, vu le message annexé au rapport du 10 janvier 2001 sur la politique économique extérieure 20001, arrête:

Art. 1

1 L’échange de notes des 1er et 8 février 2000 entre la Confédération suisse et la Principauté de Liechtenstein relatif à l’égalité de traitement dans les domaines de l’accès à la profession d’agent fiduciaire et de l’encouragement à la construction de logements est approuvé (appendice 2).

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à ratifier l’échange de notes.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
