Arrêté fédéral Projet Portant approbation de la convention conclue entre le Conseil fédéral suisse et le Gouvernement de la République française relative au raccordement de la Suisse au réseau ferroviaire français, notamment aux liaisons à grande vitesse du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 13 septembre 2000 1, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La convention entre le Conseil fédéral suisse et le gouvernement de la République française concernant le raccordement de la Suisse au réseau ferroviaire français, notamment aux liaisons à grande vitesse, signée à Genève le 5 novembre 1999, est approuvée.

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à la ratifier.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas soumis au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
