L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le rapport de la Commission des institutions politiques du Conseil national du 25 mai 2000 1; vu l’avis du Conseil fédéral du 13 septembre 2000 2, arrête:

I La Constitution est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 72, al. 3 Abrogé

II Le présent arrêté est soumis au vote du peuple et des cantons.
