Arrêté fédéral Projet concernant le protocole additionnel no 6 à la Convention révisée pour la navigation du Rhin du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 23 août 2000 1, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Le protocole additionnel no 6 à la Convention révisée pour la navigation du Rhin, du 21 octobre 1999 2, est approuvé.

2 Le Conseil fédéral est habilité à le ratifier.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté est sujet au référendum facultatif s’appliquant aux traités internationaux qui sont d’une durée indéterminée et ne sont pas dénonçables (art. 141, al. 1, let. d, ch. 1, Cst).
