L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 14 décembre 19981, arrête:

I Le statut des fonctionnaires du 30 juin 1927 2 est modifié comme suit: Préambule ... vu l’art. 85, ch. 1 et 3, de la constitution 3, ... Art. 6, al. 3

3 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à mettre fin à la période administrative des fonctionnaires à la date où entre en vigueur un nouveau régime légal concernant les rapports de travail au sein de la Confédération, ainsi qu’à régler le passage du personnel fédéral des anciens aux nouveaux rapports de travail.

Référendum et entrée en vigueur

1 La présente loi est sujette au référendum facultatif.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe la date de l’entrée en vigueur.
