Arrêté fédéral concernant une garantie de déficit en faveur de l’exposition nationale 2002 du 16 juin 2000

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 69, al. 2, et 167 de la Constitution fédérale, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 16 février 20001, arrête:

Art. 1 Un crédit d’engagement d’un montant de 338 millions de francs est accordé à l’exposition nationale 2002 au titre de garantie de déficit.

Art. 2 La garantie de déficit ne peut être exigée qu’en cas d’excédent de dépenses dûment attesté par l’Association Exposition nationale.

Art. 3 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
