Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

This federal decree concerns a popular initiative proposing four annual car-free Sundays as a four-year trial, with public transport remaining operational. The initiative, deemed admissible, would amend the Federal Constitution to allow for this trial period, after which the public and cantons would vote on its permanent inclusion. The Federal Assembly recommends rejecting the initiative, deeming it a temporary measure with an uncertain long-term outcome.
