Arrêté fédéral Projet relatif à la Convention pour la protection du Rhin du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 166, al. 2, de la Constitution fédérale; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 3 novembre 19991, arrête:

Art. 1 La Convention pour la protection du Rhin, signée le 12 avril 1999, est approuvée.

Le Conseil fédéral est habilité à ratifier la Convention.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
