Arrêté fédéral concernant le financement des activités de la fondation Pro Helvetia de 2000 à 2003 du 6 décembre 1999

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 85, ch. 10, de la Constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 12 mai 1999 1, arrête:

Art. 1 La Confédération alloue pour la période 2000 à 2003 une enveloppe financière d’un montant maximal de 128 millions de francs à la fondation Pro Helvetia.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n’est pas de portée générale, n’est pas sujet au référendum.
