Arrêté fédéral approuvant le compte et le rapport de gestion de la Régie fédérale des alcools pour l’exercice 1998/99 du 14 décembre 1999

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le rapport du Conseil fédéral du 15 septembre 1999 1, arrête:

Art. 1 Le compte de la Régie fédérale des alcools pour l’exercice allant du 1er juillet 1998 au 30 juin 1999 est approuvé. Le bénéfice net de 165 716 695 fr. 53 est réparti comme suit:

Part de la Confédération, pour l’AVS/AI 149 145 025.93 Part des cantons, pour combattre dans leurs causes et dans leurs 16 571 669.60 effets l’alcoolisme, l’abus des stupéfiants et autres substances engendrant la dépendance ainsi que l’abus des médicaments

Art. 2 Le rapport de gestion de la Régie fédérale des alcools pour l’exercice allant du 1er juillet 1998 au 30 juin 1999 est approuvé.

Art. 3 Le présent arrêté, qui n’est pas de portée générale, n’est pas sujet au référendum.
