Concession octroyée à SRG SSR idée suisse (Concession SSR)

Modification du 18 juin 2008

Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:

I La concession SSR du 28 novembre 20071 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 4, al. 1, let. e Abrogée

Art. 5, al. 2, let. b

b) dans la mesure du possible par DVB-T.

Art. 33, al. 6

6 D’ici au 30 juin 2009 au plus tard, la SSR soumet à l’approbation du DETEC des statuts qui remplissent les conditions fixées à l’art. 24 et garantissent une réforme des structures.

II La présente modification entre en vigueur le 1er juillet 2008.
