Chancellerie fédérale Conventions des cantons entre eux Accord intercantonal sur les contributions dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle initial du 22 juin 2006 Par courrier du 8 novembre 2007, le canton du Jura a porté à la connaissance de la Confédération, conformément à l’art. 48, al. 3, de la Constitution et en relation avec l’art. 61c de la loi du 21 mars 1997 sur l’organisation du gouvernement et de l’administration (LOGA; RS 172.010), l’Accord intercantonal sur les contributions dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle initiale (accord sur les écoles professionnelles, AEPr) du 22 juin 2006. Les cantons qui ne sont pas parties à la convention (cantons tiers) et qui souhaitent élever une réclamation sont priés d’en informer les cantons concernés dans un délai de deux mois.
