Arrêté fédéral reconduisant la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt du Fonds monétaire international

du 11 juin 2008

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54 et 99 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 5, al. 3, de la loi du 3 octobre 2003 sur la Banque nationale2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 28 novembre 20073, arrête:

Art. 1 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à reconduire la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt du Fonds monétaire international, dans les termes en vigueur, du 26 décembre 2008 au 25 décembre 2013.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
