L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 3, al. 1, de la loi fédérale du 17 décembre 1965 concernant la fondation Pro Helvetia2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 28 février 20073, arrête:

Art. 1 La Confédération alloue pour la période 2008 à 2011 un plafond de dépenses d’un montant maximal de 135 millions de francs à la fondation Pro Helvetia.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
